All programming, materials, and meals are included in the registration fee. Guests are responsible for travel and lodging at the hotel.

- The Broadmoor is easily accessible by car as well as by air through both Colorado Springs Airport and Denver International Airport and offers a variety of transportation services and assistance for getting to and from the resort.
- Colorado Springs Airport is approximately 9 miles/15 minutes from The Broadmoor.
- Denver International Airport is approximately 90 miles/90 minutes from The Broadmoor.
- Private car or shuttle: One way or round-trip transportation services from Colorado Springs Airport or Denver International Airport are available through Gray Line Transportation. Reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance.
Recommended dress for the general sessions and meals is business casual. You may see some guests dress a little nicer for dinner on Friday evening.
Remember that meeting room temperatures are often quite cold at most hotels. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket so that you are comfortable. We have also secured some outdoor spaces to be enjoyed during breaks and for a few meals.
- You can use your credit card to register guests for the upcoming event with this form. We'll follow up with you soon to collect contact information for your guests.
- A donor-advised fund (DAF) may not be used to sponsor your immediate family. However, DAFs may be used to give others the joy of attending the conference. Use this form to indicate your sponsorship interest, and we will provide more details.
- Guests name and contact information must be received by February 19, 2024 (60 days prior to conference).
- For groups of 10 or more, please contact the COG Concierge at cog@generousgiving.org.
- A donor-advised fund (DAF) may not be used to sponsor yourself or your immediate family. However, DAFs may be used to give others the joy of attending the conference. Use this form to indicate your sponsorship interest, and we will provide more details.
- Gifts from a DAF are a donation to the sponsoring charity, not a registration. Therefore, they are not eligible for refund.
- For questions, please contact cog@generousgiving.org.
- Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to the conference. After Monday, February 19, 2024, we are unable to process refunds.
- A $250 per transaction fee will be charged for registrations paid by credit card. The cancellation fee covers the committed food and beverage expenses.
- Gifts from a DAF are a donation to the sponsoring charity, not a registration. Therefore, they are not eligible for refund.
- We cannot rollover registrations for future conferences.
- Cancellations for registrations paid by credit card may be offered a partial refund for extenuating circumstances.
- Substitutions are allowed up to 14 days prior to the conference. Please contact cog@generousgiving.org to update us with the new attendee.
