As the leader of the Volunteer Success Team, Christie’s focus is on creating and sustaining a volunteer culture that equips, supports, and celebrates hundreds of Generous Giving volunteers each year. She also provides cross-team strategic operations leadership, helping ensure systems, teams, and volunteers are aligned and resourced to advance Generous Giving’s mission to spread the message of biblical generosity.  

Before joining Generous Giving in 2020, Christie built and led teams in events, sales, volunteer care, and leadership development as an entrepreneur and business owner. This background informs her approach to creating systems that serve both people and mission. She is especially passionate about sharing the freedom and joy that comes from living a life of biblical generosity and seeing the impact of this transformational message multiply.
