Emily supports the behind-the-scenes work that makes Generous Giving experiences possible. As a Volunteer Operations Specialist, she helps care for volunteers and leaders by managing everything from shipping JOG materials, to coordinating logistics for Emerging Leaders JOGs, to supporting trainings and internal operations. Her role touches many parts of the organization, all with the goal of creating smooth, meaningful experiences centered on generosity. 

Before joining GG, Emily spent several years working as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. That season deeply shaped the way she listens, problem-solves, and walks alongside others, and continues to inform how she approaches her work today. 

Nearly two years ago, Emily joined the Generous Giving team looking for work that aligned closely with her values and allowed her to grow in new ways. Her time at GG has been formative, growing in her understanding of generosity, being shaped by thoughtful leadership and volunteers, and seeing God at work through the stories and experiences she helps support.
