Lindsey loves walking alongside the volunteers who make Journey of Generosity (JOG) events possible. She supports and encourages JOG hosts and facilitators throughout the planning process, helping ensure they feel confident, equipped, and cared for as they lead others into meaningful conversations about biblical generosity. She also closely manages volunteer feedback, helping align people and systems so the message of generosity can continue to spread. 

Before joining Generous Giving in 2012, Lindsey served in event planning and fundraising roles within the nonprofit sector, including Easter Seals and Orlando Health. It was during this time that her passion for events and caring well for volunteers really took shape.
