Lisa oversees business operations and team culture at Generous Giving. She strengthens internal health and long-term effectiveness by stewarding core operational functions, internal communications, finance & accounting, and organizational culture.  

She brings more than 15 years in the nonprofit sector, with deep experience in operations, project management, strategic communications, and leadership. Before joining Generous Giving in 2023, Lisa served at a faith-based nonprofit supporting women and children facing barriers to opportunity, work that shaped her conviction that strong internal culture drives enduring external impact.
