Malissa cares deeply about supporting churches as they inspire biblical generosity within their congregations. She is energized by encouraging church staff and volunteers, helping them create experiences that are both impactful and joy-filled for the people they serve. 

She spent a decade leading Benevolence, Compassion, and Stewardship ministries at a large multi-site church. Prior to her work in ministry, Malissa built a successful career as a customer service and call center executive, where she grew teams, improved processes, and helped establish standards of excellence and quality across organizations.
