As Training Manager for Generous Giving, Scarlett supports and manages volunteers who, following their own JOG experience, feel led to become JOG facilitators.  

Before joining the Generous Giving team, Scarlett served many years in church pastoral ministry and in parachurch organizations, focused on development and volunteers. Scarlett holds degrees in journalism and mass communication from Samford University and a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University of South Carolina.  

Scarlett and her husband Scott have four school-aged children and reside in Orlando. The Broughton family enjoys being invested in their church, school and neighborhood. When Scarlett isn’t working with the awesome Generous Giving volunteers, she is likely in a carpool line or the school gym bleachers.
