Recommended dress for the general sessions and meals is business casual. Some guests may choose to dress more formally for dinner on Friday evening.

Meeting room temperatures at most hotels can be quite cold; you may want to bring a sweater or jacket so that you are comfortable.

The Broadmoor is easily accessible by car as well as by air through both Colorado Springs Airport and Denver International Airport and offers a variety of transportation services and assistance for getting to and from the resort.

  • Colorado Springs Airport is approximately 11.5 miles/19 minutes from The Broadmoor
  • Denver International Airport is approximately 75 miles/90 minutes from The Broadmoor
  • One way or round-trip transportation services are available through Gray Line Transportation.

All programming, materials, and meals are included in the registration fee. Guests are responsible for travel and lodging at the hotel.

You can pay for conference registrations here via credit card.

  • Since Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) may not be used for conference registrations, we are no longer able to accept payment for the conference through an individual’s DAF. Should you have questions, feel free to reach out to your DAF provider or contact us at cog@generousgiving.org 
  • If registered within 60 days of the conference (after February 22), guests must confirm payment within one week and be fully paid prior to attending.  

  • All group registrations paid by credit card must be completed in full at the time of registration. 
  • For payments made by check, funds must be received within 30 days of reserving seats through Generous Giving. Reservations not completed within this timeframe will be released. 
  • Guest names and contact information must be received by Monday, February 22, 2027 (60 days prior to conference). 
  • For additional information about registering a group of 10 or more, please contact the COG Concierge at cog@generousgiving.org. 

  • Cancellations (Individual Registrations): Cancellations are eligible for a refund, less a $250 fee per registrant, through Sunday, February 7, 2027 (75 days prior to the conference). 
  • Group Cancellations (10+ Registrants): From February 7 to February 22, 2027 (75–60 days prior to the conference), groups may receive refunds for up to 20% of their total registered attendees. 
  • Final Cancellation Deadline: After Monday, February 22, 2027 (60 days prior to the conference), refunds are no longer available for group registrations. 
  • No Rollovers: Registrations may not be transferred or rolled over to future conferences. 
  • Extenuating Circumstances: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. 
  • Substitutions: Attendee substitutions are permitted up to 14 days prior to the conference. Please contact cog@generousgiving.org with updated attendee information.
