Our Team & Board

Hailey serves on the Marketing and Operations team with a passion for guiding others into a transformed relationship with God and money, all through the lens of beauty and excellence.

After earning her degree in Communications with a minor in Nonprofit Organizational Leadership from the University of Florida (Go Gators!), Hailey joined the team as an intern through the Orlando Fellows Program. She became a full-time member in May 2019, and is grateful for the numerous growth opportunities she has been given at Generous Giving.

Residing in Orlando with her husband Nate, Hailey enjoys playing sports (particularly pickle ball and volleyball), leading worship at her church, and exploring local restaurants and coffee shops.

Hailey is constantly inspired by Generous Giving’s radically generous volunteers and her joyful co-workers. Throughout her time on the team, she has experienced the Holy Spirit’s continuous prompting to hold her plans lightly and trust her generous God.
