Our Team & Board

CJ is an activation team member at Generous Giving, where he encourages generosity champions in the beginning of their careers through the Emerging Leader Initiative. With over 10 years of experience in ministry through Young Life and various church roles, coupled with a background in logistics, sales, and account management in the software industry, CJ brings a diverse work background and passion to his role. He is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections through honest conversations about life and generosity!

CJ loves all of his co-workers, but especially his wife Delaney Anderson. They live in sunny Orlando, but love to travel the world to experience different cultures. In his free time, CJ is likely organizing an experience for his friends and family, riding his bike, or doing everything he can to become a scratch golfer (it’s not looking good).
