Our Team & Board

Lisa joined the Generous Giving team in the summer of 2023 with more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. Her background includes strategic communications, marketing, operations, and leadership. Prior to joining Generous Giving, Lisa served at a faith-based nonprofit that serves women and children who face barriers to opportunity.

Lisa was born and raised in the Seattle area. She loves to travel, read, cook, and bring people together. Creating and cultivating community is one of her greatest passions and she practices that everywhere she goes. Much of this stems from her Korean culture and heritage. She is fluent in Korean and enjoys sharing her love of Korean food with those around her.

She and her husband, Rich, reside in Bellevue, WA and enjoy all things outdoors including hiking, swimming, and biking. Rich is a NCAA Division 1 women’s soccer coach, and soccer is a family affair, as are most sports. They are parents of two energetic boys, Jack and Luke, and one adorable dog, Indy.
